SHOP INFO
When are you open?
Our shop is open for a short time every month. Specific days and times are TBA.Openings will be announced on our Instagram account. Please follow and turn on post notifications to stay updated.Business Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
(These are NOT our shop open hours.)All emails and responses will be given within that time.
Are your stickers pre-order?
No, our stickers are not pre-order. We restock product as it sells out.
ORDERS
How do I track my order?
Please note that tracking is only available for First Class Package-Service.Tracking is NOT available with First Class Mail.A tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped out.To track your package please download the Shop app from the App or Google Play store.You can also enter your tracking number at the USPS website to follow your package.
My order never arrived?
We ask that you please wait two weeks from the date that your order was shipped to inquire about its status.If you ordered with First Class Package-Service and it never arrived, please enter your tracking number at usps.com to be updated on its status.If USPS tracking says that your package was lost in delivery, than please email us and we will replace it. Please include tracking number in email. Tracking number is required for replacement.
We do NOT replace any undelivered or lost orders shipped with First Class Mail. As we cannot determined its location or status.There are NO returns or refunds on First Class Mail.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We begin processing orders the first Monday after opening.Processing can take between 1-3 business days.After that your order will be shipped out.First Class Package-Service shipping is 2-5 business days.First Class Mail shipping is 1-5 business days.We ask that you please wait two weeks after your order has been shipped to inquire about its status.
What shipping options do you offer?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipping. They do not ship on national holidays.
Our recommended shipping option is First Class Package-Service.This option has tracking included, if you would like to track your package to its destination.We also offer First Class Mail. This option does NOT have tracking available.If you would still like to use this option, please read our shops return and refund policies before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we currently only ship within the United States.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped out the sale is finalized and it can not be canceled.
My order arrived damaged?
If you received a damaged product then a replacement may be sent.Photo verification of the damaged product is required for replacement.If a product is out of stock when a replacement is needed, then it will be shipped when the product is restocked.If a product is discontinued or permanently sold out then an alternate product at the same price will be used as a replacement.There will be no charge for shipping a replaced order.A damaged product will only be replaced ONE time.
